Beginning therapy can feel daunting or unclear, especially if it’s your first time. A free consultation offers an opportunity for us to explore what support might be right for you, and to give you a clearer sense of what therapy—and art therapy—can involve.

Art Psychotherapy can involve self-expression through creativity and verbal reflection. Art Psychotherapy interventions can be adapted and planned to suit your needs, hopes and schedule. The length and frequency of work can be thought about together.

Online sessions can sometimes feel more accessible or manageable, and can be arranged to suit your needs.
Please note that all therapy consultations and sessions are conducted in a safe and confidential environment. However, confidentiality may be limited in situations where there are safeguarding concerns or legal obligations that require information to be shared. Policies & procedures can be requested to read at anytime and therapy agreement will be covered in first session. Separate safeguarding procedure for Children and Young People.
